Danko Sučević is a graduate of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics, graduating with the thesis entitled “Constructing a Model of Turnaround Management”. He also completed a management program at CUOA, Vicenza, Italy. In addition, he received education in economics, management, information systems and business intelligence, and is a certified Microsoft Specialist.
During his studies, he was the head of the Informatics Studio at RANS Moše Pijade. As part of the same institution, he organized workshops for gifted children and taught various problem solving methods. In the early nineties he founded an IT company which he successfully led until 2004. At the same time, he was in charge of foreign operations of an international company headquartered in Zagreb, establishing and managing its subsidiaries in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Germany. In the second half of the nineties he founded Infokorp Ltd., an audit, accounting, business and tax consulting company, where he remains a managing partner until today. Since the establishment of the Croatian Audit Chamber, he became the first certified auditor with an engineering degree.
He authored numerous papers in the area of management. His specialty is business improvement in troubled companies, on the topic of which he authored the book “Crisis Management” published by Liderpress. He has a position at University College Effectus as a lecturer of the Crisis Management course. He has been a certified business advisor of HAMAG since 2005 and has taken part in the training and selection of several generations of management consultants. Through his involvement he has helped many companies in their businesses at home and abroad. He is one of the founders and the first president of the Croatian branch of Mensa and a member of the Association of Management Consultants.
